Since the mid-1980s, Sanchez Tennis & Associates have provided a full range of organization development services, including strategic planning and diversity and inclusion programs for 1100 leaders and managers. Trained 50 employees to become internal trainers to deliver an abbreviated diversity and inclusion workshop across the company. Anita and Kit have also provided coaching to executive and high potential managers and their teams in the areas of breakthrough goals, resiliency, and team development using tools such as MBTI personality preference, Thomas-Kilman Conflict mode, FIRO-B, and Discovering Your Positive Core®.
