NAIS People of Color Conference

Each year, the National Association of Independent Schools presents a conference designed to provide a safe space for leadership and professional development and networking for people of color and allies of all backgrounds in independent schools.  Anita Sanchez and Kit Tennis design a set of affinity group experiences for all 6000 adult participants, training 70 teaching professionals for leading and hosting those sessions.
