In 2005, Anita Sanchez facilitated the design and delivery of a strategic planning process which led to the development of a 10-year diversity, equity and justice strategic plan for the National office executives and staff. In 2008, Kit and Anita supported the national office in creation of a strength-based diversity and inclusion assessment for its member schools, resulting in greater engagement from faculty and administrators to meet and exceed their diversity, equity and justice goals.

Sanchez, Tennis and their associates annually design affinity group workshops, train 70 internal facilitators, and oversee workshop delivery for 3700 attendees at the NAIS People of Color Conference. Large scale change methodologies applied include art of hosting, courageous conversations, appreciative inquiry, open space, world café, and more.
